Happy Wednesday, my friends! I know, this is an odd day for the Podcast to come out, but here we are! This week, I have guests Ed Cho and Lee Cherolis on, talking about their comic, Little Guardians! There were a few recording issues, as I endeavor to learn the ins and outs of my recording equipment, so that's why this took a bit longer to come out! The wait is worth it, though, as we talk about their comic, their inspirations, what they're reading now, and even a bit of Stranger Things 2! So, feel free to download us, and let us fill your earholes as you check out their work, and get ready to attend their signing at Comic Book University on December 27th!

Good day, my friends! We are back, with another episode of the Indiana Geeking Podcast! This week, I was lucky enough to get some time with Lisa Meece, who is one of the organizers of Starbase Indy! SBI is a yearly convention that normally happens around Thanksgiving Weekend here in Indianapolis, that has traditionally been a Star Trek convention! However, this year, there's going to be a little bit of a change! Wondering what that change is? Well, then you might as well sit back, put on your headphones, sip your Earl Gray (hot), and let Lisa and I fill your ears for approximately the next 45 minutes!

This week, I have my long-time friend, Gregg Nowling, on the show! In addition, he runs a charity called Signing Away Hunger! Happy Friday, my friends! This week, I'm doing something a little different, as I just don't have it in me to sit across from someone and do an interview! Instead, I'm doing an "Ask the Geek" segment! That's right, I have been reaching out to people on Social Media, as well as on Patreon, to ask me questions, and I'll give them an answer here today! Some folks have one question, some folks have several, and I'm going to answer them all, to the best of my ability. So, I hope you all like my voice, as we're going to be hearing it for the next thirty five minutes! So, just sit back, relax, and take in my thoughts to bad movies, board games, comic books, and how I got into Geeking and Geeking in Indiana!

Happy Friday, my friends! It's Podcast Day, here at the Geek Cave! That's right, the hits just keep on comin', as I am getting back into the swing of things with this here casting of the pods! This week's guest is a fellow podcaster, whom you might have heard of before. He's been the heart of the Obsessive Viewer Podcast for the last four years, he's done panels at local conventions about solo podcasting, feeding off his experiences with the Anthology Podcast, and now he's got another podcast, based on the works of Stephen King, called Tower Junkies! That's right, my friends, it's Matt Hurt! This week, we're going to talk juggling podcasts, some tips for new podcasters, and the podcast's yearly event, Shocktober in Irvington! So, sit back, be prepared some some bad puns, and let us fill your earholes with talk of talking! Pay attention, because we might just be giving away a pair of tickets to Shocktober in Irvington!

Happy Friday, my friends! Here we are, back in the regular swing of things, with the Indiana Geeking podcast! This week, we have a few interviews from Gen Con 50. I had the opportunity to interview Syrinscape and Paizo about their work on the new Starfinder role playing game, Lizz had the opportunity to sit down with Calliope to talk Tsuro, and then I wrapped it up, talking with the folks behind the new gaming app, Dized! This episode marks the end of my Gen Con 50 wrap up. I tell you, folks, while I love games, and I love gamers, I think I'm holding off interviewing any more game developers/designers until 2018. So far, in 2017, this is my ninth episode, and eight of them have been based on local game developers! I regret none of these, but I do need to expand my horizons! For now, though, I invite you to sit back, put on some headphones, and listen to Lizz and I talk to some game developers and reps at Gen Con 50!

Happy Friday, my friends! We are at the final pre-Gen Con episode of the Indiana Geeking Podcast! Over the last couple of weeks, we've talked with local game makers, and game accessory designers, and then to wrap it up, I have a special treat! John Kennedy is a local freelance game designer, who has worked with game studios like Kenzer & Company, Third Eye Games, and Modiphius! You may have played some of his work, as a matter of fact! Either way, John is a great local Geek, who graciously dropped by the Geek Cave last week, tried to lure away the Pibble, and talked with me about how he got started on game design, discuss Impostor Syndrome, talk about racism in Transformers, and more! We had a longer-than-usual conversation, but we had fun, and I didn't feel like trimming any of it out! So, sit back, and enjoy the next ninety-six minutes of Geekery!

Good day, my friends! As we creep up to Gen Con, it's time for another podcast! This one is really cool, because it's with a few gentlemen from Plow Games, makers of Last Front, which was at both Gen Con last year, and Indy PopCon this year! While they won't be at Gen Con this year, they are a pretty cool local game maker, and they gave me a run through of both Last Front and their new game, Hexes and Henchmen (Working title)! So join myself, James Vining, Greg Phillips, and microphone-less Tyler as we run through Last Front, Hexes and Henchmen, and talk about the company and other myriad items. So, sit back, and let us all fill your earholes with our voices, and the sounds of dice, for the next hour and ten minutes!

Happy Friday, my friends! We have another brand new episode of the podcast this week, as we're building up to Gen Con 50 here in Indianapolis! Jacob and JJ from Geeks 1st are joining me today, and they run a really cool company here in Indianapolis that makes sturdy organizers and cases for your games, be them card games, board games, or even sewing supplies! We discuss many of their products, which they design and make, all in-house, here in Indiana. In addition, there is a slideshow of photos of many of the items we talk about on the main blog post at IndianaGeeking.com! I'm also doing something new starting this episode: Since I use Five Year Mission songs to open the episodes, I'm asking the folks I interview what their favorite Original Series episodes are, and using the song for that episode as the opening track! Hey, I thought it was clever! So, sit back, and let us fill your ears with talk of game system storage, along with some good music from local bands!
